Backyard Ås is a fast-growing Backyard Ultra held in the town of Ås, just south of Oslo. The course follows a 6.7 km loop on mixed terrain with both forest paths and open sections, designed to be runnable for athletes of all levels. The event is known for its inclusive atmosphere, strong community spirit, and professional race organization. Backyard Ås donates 10% of its surplus to UnitedAid, reflecting its commitment to giving back.
