How far can you go? Miami Backyard Ultra is a traditional, open-ended Backyard Ultra at Miami Marine Stadium. Every hour, every runner still in the race starts the same 4.167-mile yard. Finish before the hour is up and whatever time remains is yours to recover, eat, change, reset, and return to the starting corral for the next bell. Miss the start or fail to complete the yard within the hour and your race is over. Some runners will arrive chasing the final yard.
