Lakou Backyard Ultra
Course record: 31 yards (Brad Schroeder. 2024).
The Lakou Backyard Ultra will be added to the races of River’s Edge Running Series all of which are fundraisers for a maternity centre in Haiti. The races are run totally by volunteers. It will be a true “backyard” ultra as it will be held in the backyard of the race directors home. The director’s wife and her crew love to cook for her 100 or so guests for as long as they keep running.
