Just 2 hours north of Melbourne, Shepparton plays host to Victoria’s flattest backyard ultra. This flat, fast course will give competitors the opportunity to push themselves to their limit, not caused by hilly terrain. Loop the lake in the centre of town, before cruising through the bush toward the botanical gardens, up the small hill at the gardens. Here you can take in the view for a second as you descend the hill again, and return to the lake.
